A texas judge stated that Obama had exceeded his legal authority with his immigration law that he passed last year. John Earnest, the white house press secretary said, "The Supreme Court and Congress have made clear that the federal government can set priorities in enforcing our immigration laws — which is exactly what the President did when he announced commonsense policies to help fix our broken immigration system."
Immigration has been something dealt with throughout American History. People can argue all they want but the U.S. has a system and it does state that Obama can do what he is doing with immigration.
