Superhero's Hand- Jazmin Garcia (2nd Period)

Dawson Riverman was born without fingers on his left hand. His parents couldn't afford a prosthetic hand and either way, they don't make them small for children. Later, help came with a stranger and a 3D printer. The stranger was able to print out Dawson a blue and black prosthetic hand and the family didn't have to pay a dime. Now the 13 year old can do a lot of everyday things with ease.

This relates to APUSH because there are more technological advances today than there were back then. With the technology we have today, we can do so much more in the near future. I'm glad he was able to take advantage of this technology and that his parents didn't have to pay.
