Pennsylvania Governor Stops Death Penalty While the Process is Reviewed - Elvira Gamboa

Governor Tom Wolf has stopped all death penalties since Friday because of the fact that many errors can be made and that there were biases in the system. The system is to be examined. Wolf says that the system itself is corrupted and filled with bigotry.

The death penalty has been debated for quite awhile in the US. Cruel and unusual punishment was supposed to be banned, but we still have this form of execution which goes against moral beliefs and what was stated above. It is also a flawed system as Wolf points out.

  1. The death penalty is a very edgy thing and should be decided on my national government. - Quentin Noble

  2. Many recent death penalty cases have been halted until further review. The act of killing another for punishment, at least here in the US, is being re contemplated as we reach a new age of media and social ideas.
