Executive action on immigration (Daniel Alcorta 4th)

A federal judge here in Texas has blocked the Presidents executive action on immigration, which has drawn opposition from 26 states across the nation. Judge Andrew Hanen ruled Monday night to postpone actions on the executive decisions of the president and in turn has delayed the deportation of nearly 5 million immigrants.
I don't think this is as big of a deal as it seems to be, Texas is a border state and one of the biggest outlets to immigration  so postponing the actions on the deportation of 5 million shouldn't "enter one ear and go right out the other" this is a very important matter since these are the lives of 5 million people. This shows that power between the state and national government can still oppose one another as it did many times before.
