Packing Body Parts -brett akop

Police found a suspicious suitcase on the side of a highway in San Francisco. They brought it in for investigation and were horrified to find dissembled bloody body parts inside. Since the body was so mutilated, they cannot trace it's identity or any information from it. However, they have been tracking down security footage all around the area to find hints and clues. This is disgusting. Why would someone do this? To murder someone is one thing, but to treat the body like this, so casually, is inhumane and that's what scares people the most. The person who did this and carried the body parts around, obviously had no right to do this to a person.
