Eagle Hatchlings - Elvira Gamboa

At Berry College in Georgia two bald eagles have taken residence in a tree. An eagle cam had been set up because the eagles were nesting there. Recently two eagle chicks have successfully been hatched and many people have been closely watching the eagle family. Although people are interested in them, they are also somewhat disturbed by the eagles' habits and the hardships they have to face.

I think it's great that people are so interested in wildlife and the video give them a real good view of what actually goes on in an animals life. Bald eagles are hardly seen by most people, especially in a normal habitat, so this will help teach people about them. This reminds me of how during the Progressive Era people were becoming more environmentally aware.
