Trump sets sights on Iran, North Korea in major UN speech

This Tuesday, at the UN meeting Trump will address warnings to both Iran and North Korea. In an address that will be seen by most of the world, Trump says he will issue both warnings to North Korea and Iran. These remarks will likely encourage nations to think twice about their own safety and responding to hostile nations. Although Trump has spoken in large public places, this will be heard around the world in nearly every capital where officials of those countries are still seeking a foreign policy with the US and its new president. Trump's address will be talking about how country's should be more focused on self-interests instead of as a collective body. He says he will specifically call out Iran and North Korea saying that their governments aren't aligned with the self-interests of their people. Trump has offered a wide range of views on the UN in the past which most recently said that the UN was deficient, underperforming, and inefficient. Despite criticisms, Trump has seen some of his most biggest foreign victories with the continued round of sanctions on North Korea
Analysis: My thoughts are that Trump is affecting many of our nation's foreign alliances or diplomatic relationships in very negative ways. The US isn't currently growing in foreign relations due to suspicion of Russia, making calls like building a wall without even starting with the process of who's paying or it, and currently we are dealing with North Korea. The US, in my opinion, is in a mess right now, but this just adds on to that pile.
