Taylor Knighton- Senate won't vote on GOP health bill

It was announced that the Senate will not vote on the Graham-Cassidy bill to repeal Obamacare, dealing with a devastating blow to President Trump and GOP lawmakers who tried to make a last attempt to deliver on the party's years-long campaign promise. They just don't have the votes. This might actually be a good thing because now people can keep their Obama healthcare if they have it and they don't have to worry about it being threatened again.... but we don't really know everything yet.

I think this is a good and bad thing because there are some people that wanted that bill to be passed but some people didn't. Healthcare is a primary essential you need to have and it should be affordable and easily attainable

  1. I agree with what you said about healthcare being necessary. In my opinion, it's a good thing that no votes are being passed right now, since the Obama administration started a program to make healthcare affordable to everyone.

  2. Yes, I completely agree with you, healthcare is necessaty for everyone. The repeal of Obamacare is only going to do more harm than good if it were to be passed.

  3. I'm not sure what to think about the health bill, from what I've gathered it's a somewhat controversial bill.
