This past weekend rap artist Pitbull sent his private plane to Puerto Rico, which had been deeply hit by the hurricane, to transport cancer patients back to the states for chemotherapy treatment. Hurrican Maria has such a large effect in Puerto Rico leaving only half of its people with drinking water and the entirety of it in ruins. Of the 69 hospitals there, only 11 of them had power as of Tuesday. Pitbull has not been very public about this mission, when asked about it he said through a spokesperson "Thank God we're blessed to help. Just doing my part."
The humbleness and kindness that Pitbull shoes is how more of our public figures should learn to act. Helping others not just for the publicity but simply out of the kindness of his heart. He is a role model to people everywhere.

I am glad to see one of our fellow citizens helping out with other people who should be treated the same.
