Today, Ford announced that it would be working with Lyft to create self-driving, Lyft-powered cars by 2021. This is an important technical and business announcement, because it means that Tesla finally has real competition in the self-driving car market. I expect that this will turn into something of a race to get the first, best self-driving car. This may also make Lyft relevant once more in comparison to its much better know rival, Uber.

  2. It would be very cool to have that type of advance technology in 2021. If we manage to create such advance technology like that this early, imagine how technology will be like in 20 years.

  3. The vast majority of car accidents are caused by human error so having self driving cars is fantastic, (but humans should have the option to have manual driving because we dont exactly know what will happen.

  4. It would be amazing to make for Lyft to catch up with Uber. It creates competition which leads to more innovative and interesting ideas.

  5. Nice story, but remember to synthesize bu comparing it to something in U.S. history. There's an invention/inventor I'm thinking of that would be VERY relevant to this story.
