Summary: The protest against the national anthem that quarterback Colin Kapernick started last season has now spread to all 32 NFL football teams. On Monday night, both the Dallas Cowboys and the Arizona Cardinals were seen kneeling before the national anthem, and locked arms during the anthem. This comes after President Trump saying that the "NFL should change their policy," when it comes to players protesting the national anthem.
My Position: I side with the players on this issue. It is clear that they (And I) see an issue with America's racial conflicts. By calling out the NFL, Trump has basically asked the NFL to ignore the constitutional right to protest and free speech, something he, as President, is supposed to defend, uphold, and protect.
