Summary:
 Previous Category 3 Hurricane Irma, grows into a category 4 in the Atlantic Ocean.  The storm is expected to strike the north eastern Caribbean and Florida. Governors are already issuing state emergencies for locals to evacuate. The storms winds had grew to 130mph, and could also put up to 10 inches of rain. Many residents are rushing to appliance stores looking for flashlights, water, and materials to brave for the storm. Mainly in fear of the previous category 4 hurricane Harvey.

I now know since its growth to a category 4, the danger it puts on the citizens and people in its path. The intended audience for this article was for people who are not in the path of the hurricane, and have little knowledge of it. The influence of the article was to be neutral.
