Shooting Over Movie Theater Texting Leaves 1 Dead, 1 Injured (UPDATE)

a guy got mad at another guy over his opinion on cellphone use in the movie theatre. after arguing for a short amount of time, one man shot the other, killing him. the shooter has been charged with second degree murder.
obviously this guy has bigger issues than OMG and LMAO on a bright little screen
(I'm laughing)
all jokes aside, this guy is a mess. hopefully he gets help & figures out what the deal is.
