"Security firm traces Target malware to Russia" (Sydney Connor)

The security firm IntelCrawler recently pointed accusations of the recent Target security breach to a 17 year old in Russia.  It is unlikely that they acted alone, however; experts now say that this teen may have put the code he created into some domain where it can be downloaded and adapted by others, which makes it and all of it's forms harder to trace and destroy.
This event may have compromised the card information of up to 110 million customers of Target (and, apparently, Neiman Marcus).  Retailers are now facing potential class action lawsuits due to this event.

This is extremely unfortunate for both the businesses and customers involved.  It exemplifies a trend in technology in which the more secure and advanced a system is, the more hackers adapt to this security; an arms race of sorts on the newest frontier.

This is terrible! I really hope that they find a way to stop this. I'm sure that this will cause Target a lot of problems with their customers, which is unfortunate.
