Nia Edwards 4th period--Could Justin Bieber be Deported??

Nia Edwards
4th period

                                                  Could Bieber be Deported?

Singer, Justin Bieber, was arrested recently in Miami Beach, Florida, for suspicion of drunk driving, resisting arrest, and driving without a valid license. Although law experts believe that its very unlikely for him to be kicked out of the United States, if he is charge or convicted of any drug offenses things could change. In addition to his charges of drunk driving in Florida, Bieber may also face a vandalism charge for egging a neighbors house. Lawyers don't think that he will be deported for his felonies are nonviolent and " according to federal law, only violent crimes and sentences longer than one year result in a re-evalutation of a person's visa status." Recently, the authorities searched his house and found illegal drugs at his bedside. If the authorities add a drug charge to the table deportation could be a serious possibility.

Honestly, I believe Justin Bieber needs to be taught a lesson. Maybe some serious consequences for his actions could really do him some good. I think that he just might be going through a rough patch and just needs to be guided onto the correct path. Disagree with me if you must, but Justin is nineteen now and needs to start taking responsibility for his actions and stop relying on his celebrity figure to get him out of trouble.

  1. Justin needs to go back to Canada. If this were any other "normal" person that wasn't a teenage heart throb, he would have been kicked out weeks ago. Just because he's famous doesn't give him a free pass, and he needs to learn that.

  2. Justin Bieber is really going down hill and it's awful how he can get away with a lot of bad things, I think it would be best for him to stay low for awhile for his own sake.
