Zakieya L. Avery and female accomplice were arrested under two counts of attempted first-degree murder. Apparently the women thought that they were doing an exorcism. Avery killed Norell Harris and Zyana Harris (ages 1 and 2) and injured their 5 and 8 year old siblings.

Byron Otis-what a horrible story. Rituals that involve binding, sharp objects, and fires, I find never have happy endings. I hope people learn from this.
