A 19 year old Russian studying at Penn State was caught growing marijuana in his apartment and the police discovered a homemade bomb. Bail was set at 500,000 dollars. Neighbors say he was a quiet and very weird young man. He bought his supplies on the internet. This isn't his first bomb he's made. He's made previous bombs and set them off. He claims to not cause any harm.
This is crazy, I mean just under a year ago the Boston incident happened with a bomb explosion. This seems pretty similar. Thankfully it was prevented. I believe the Federal Government should have more of a surveillance on stuff bought on the internet as in chemicals and such.
