Although the rain has stopped that isn't slowing down the destruction on South Carolina from the floods of the rushing water. The mayor of South Carolina even says that he believes it will get worse before it gets better. Analysis: this is a reoccurrence of all the other floods especially the ones e had in Texas. They can prevent us from doing anything we may need to and can be very dangerous.
