"California governor signs 'right to die' bill"
In this article, it includes some quotes from the Governor in his beliefs and some beliefs from the Californians Against Assisted Suicide corporation on the subject. Some say that you should chose if you don't want To live in pain anymore, and some say that it isn't right to commit suicide, or help someone do so, no matter the pain they are in.
In my opinion, God should decide when you're ready to die. But, if you are in so much pain, and the treatment is costing a lot of money, and the time you gain to live, is just spent in a hospital bed, yes I would pull the plug. I would ask my family to pull my plug because I don't want to spend my last days on earth dying. I want to have time to say goodbye, then die peacefully. And I think a lot of people want that. And even if it is wrong, or right, I don't think the government should decide how long you live or whether or not you decide to die. That's not their choice. So even if it is wrong, the government has no right to keep you alive and In pain both (physical and emotional).

I think this is very important to those suffering from a fatal illness. It's good to know that they can choose to end their suffering when they feel it's best.
