Two suicide bomber believed to have been at fault for the bombings near Turkey's main train station. The Arocity is the worst terrorist attack in Turkey. The attack occurred during a peace rally in Ankara on Sunday. The attack left 97 people dead and 250 people wounded. "This is an attack that does not target a specific group; it is an attack on the entire nation and an attack on our unity. Turkey is a country that has managed to maintain peace in the region." states Turkish Prime Minister, Ahmet Davutoglu.
This terrorist attack can greatly be associated with the 9/11 terrorist attack in New York City. 2,996 people were killed on the 9/11 terrorist attack. Terrorism attacks have been happening all throughout the United States since the 1800s including bombings, massacres, and assassinations.
