Running through December 15th, The "Food for Fines" program is allowing parking violators in Kentucky to pay off a simple $15 parking fine with 14 to 15 ounce cans of food. Higher fines are allowed more cans of food in order be paid. A double win exists with this act, heightened caution for drivers and food for those in need.
