Jack Boreham- Facebook page connects Las Vegas shooting survivors to their heroes

A few days after the Las Vegas shooting a Facebook page named "Find Your LV Hero" was launched by Aston Zyer. She created the page after seeing posts from survivors trying to connect with people who helped them during the attack. Others use the page to thank people for their support like driving them to the hospital or just giving them emotional support. So far the page has made over 30 connections. One of the connections was made between Chris Gilman who was shot in the head and a couple helped to stop the bleeding. Even though it has been months since the shooting there has still been a lot of posts hoping to connect with their saviors.

I think this is an amazing thing to do. Not only does it help people see the good in others it also giving recognition to heroes during the shooting.

  1. It is an amazing idea that someone took the time to make this a thing. This makes people recognize the good others do.
