Larissa Perez #1: It was 'Moonlight,' not 'La La Land'

Summary: Barry Jenkins wasn't the only one who was "speechless" after the movie "Moonlight" was announced as the winner of best best picture. This went down in unprecedented moment in Oscars history. After "La La Land' was mistakenly announced as best picture at the Academy Awards they went and said "Moonlight" actually won. However in reality "La La Land" who should've gotten the best picture. When Bonnie and Clyde presented the nominees for best picture, everything was going as panned until the announcement. When Bonnie was about to announce he was very confused because he kept looking towards Clyde. As soon they realized they didn't and figured it out it was a mistake Jordan Horowitz quickly stopped all speeches and announced that "Moonlight," had actually won and not them. In the end the cast of "La La Land" was confused but proud to give up their Oscar.

Analysis: This article was published by CNN on February 22 and was written by Sandra Gonzalez. I think that this event was very shocking but in the end it very cool to see how happy and supportive of each other.
