Summary: Recently two police officers are suing a gunshot for selling a gun that had shot one member. The police officers say that the gun shop sold the gun to a person who is not legally in the right state to have been able to buy the gun, so in the way of selling a gun that they didn't know would shot someone is being sued for selling their product.
Analysts: anyone has the right to bare arms, our nation has many people that we have no bases that say this person can not own a gun for mental or sight or etc. I feel it is way unnecessary for the police officers to sue these to men who had no clue that man who shot the gun was going to hurt someone. These trials should be seen as two workers who are selling their merchandise to be able to make enough money to live upon. They hopefully receive a fair trial in this process of being sued for no reason. I understand they need someone to blame for this but why blame someone else and not the perpetrator.
I agree. Although they did provide the man with the gun, it wasn't their intention for him to go kill someone. I don't think it is fair for the blame to be placed on the salesman who really didn't have anything to do with the crime.
