The kids in the trunk Katie Schell(flex)

original: by- Ed Payne Jan. 19, 2016

A tutor from a Nashville area elementary school was charged with reckless endangerment when police found three children in the trunk of the tutors car. Although the tutor denied ever having the kids in her trunk a surveillance video from a Speedway gas station showed three children exiting the trunk of the vehicle once it had stopped. The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools has put her
(the tutor) on administrative leave while an investigation is being conducted.

Imagine entrusting a person with your child only to find out later that your kid was being handled like a bag of grocery-stuck in a persons trunk. I would flip a switch if that was my kid. What the heck was this person even thinking? When I am entrusted with another persons things let alone another persons child, I am going to make gosh darn sure that I handle that belonging or person with extreme care! This woman needs to get her booty fired and thrown out of the teaching career field. It is a sad fact that there have been too many cases of dangerous or troubling happenings in our education system. It's not the first nor sadly the last time something like this is going to happen, but this only goes to show that we need to be extremely careful with whom we entrust our kids to. When we send our little ones off to school we are putting them in trust with the education establishment. This event is not only the tutors fault but also the schools.

  1. That is so ridiculous and shows how sad it is that not everyone can be trusted these days!

  2. This is so crazy to hear! I can't believe that someone would have three children in their trunk and then deny it.

  3. This is crazy. Our society has changed so much. I hear from my parents and grandparents, how back when they were growing up they could walk anywhere in their town with friends. But today we have to be cautious because you never know who you can trust.

  4. It is crazy to think that you're doing something to benefit your kid just to find out that they hid 3 people in the trunk of their car, then denied it!
