IT GETS WORSE Julia Woltjen (3rd period)

SUMMARY:
The trial involving the death of the 13 year old has not progressed much but now new information has come to light about the alleged murderers. Natalie Keepers is being held on accessory to murder as well as charges of concealing a body. While she awaits trial many interviews have revealed that Natalie suffers depression and anxiety attacks, which she was medicated for at the college. While it is still dumbfounding that two seemingly prosperous college students could do this heinous crime, the fact that now Keepers' actions could be blamed on mental health issues is a complete turn of events and will alter the trial completely.

ANALYSIS:
In my opinion mental illness should not be blamed for her assistance in this crime. Now I have neither depression and only Junior year anxiety, so I don't fully understand either, but I feel that anxiety ad depression would not drive a person to kill a 13 year old girl. I feel that these issues are constantly being blamed on different illnesses and that isn't justice to that girl or her family. I hope this trial goes smoothly and that justice is served were it needs to be served.
