"Obama Putting in Good Words for Clinton" by Jack Higgins Period 6

President Obama stated, during his address on Thursday, that he would like to see democratic candidate Hillary Clinton as his successor in the White House. He claimed that Clinton had the experience needed for a successful term in the White House, that she knows every policy inside-out, and attacked Vermont senator and Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, stating that he did not have the experience needed to be an effective President and that he looks for goals that he considers unobtainable.

It's pretty funny that Obama tried saying that Sanders doesn't have enough experience, as Obama himself went no further than Illinois senator before his running for President, while Sanders - in addition to being the incumbent senator for Vermont - has served as Mayor of Burlington and the Vermont representative in the U.S. House or Representatives. Clinton has served in the White House, that's true, he may not have as much experience as Clinton in that regard. His goals, however, are at least in existence, Clinton doesn't seem to have any kind of reform plan for the economy to bring the nation out of debt, while Sanders has very clearly stated all of his intentions for his possible term in office.

  1. Kenley Turner- I don't really believe that because Obama supports Hillary, that she will be as credible as a president as Obama #Obama2016
