Black Friday - Pearson Chambers 4th

Police have been called to supermarkets across the UK amid crowd surges as people hunt for "Black Friday" offers.
Greater Manchester Police appealed for calm after attending seven Tesco shops, at which three men were arrested and a woman was hit by a falling television. But this wasnt the only city where crazy incudents like happened. Police were called in places including Dundee, Glasgow, Cardiff and London.

We've all heard of  those crazy stories of  people getting trampled by the rushing crowds or 52 inch tv's falling  and crushing individuals. All for a new hand bag thats 50% off. Its almost ironic that Black Friday takes place right  after the day we say were thankful for all we have and accomplished

  1. This is a very insightful point you brought up. Black Friday does take place directly after the day we are supposed to give thanks for and then right after people turn around and disregard everything that just happened the day before to get their hands on something only worth money.

  2. I think its interesting that this American tradition has moved over to the UK. They don't celebrate thanksgiving like we do and yet they really do seem to embrace black friday and the chaos that occurs,
