Analysis: This can be related to segregation. Many people think that this was a hate crime against African American people. You cannot deny the physical evidence that has been presented to the grand jury. It is most likely a coincidence that the fatal blows were towards an African American teen and coming from a white cop. This situation reminds me of when white men and women thought they were better than the African American people in the United States.
