Get ready to vote: Who's on the ballot, and what do you need to know for Texas' midterm elections?
In this article, it talks about what there 2018 elections mean and what all it entails. It talks about who the candidates are and what they stand for. it also goes on to talk about what people need to know as voters. It goes on to answer questions like, "Can I vote?" or "Where can I go to vote?" It also talks about the necessary things to bring with you to vote. Lastly, it talks about what your vote goes to and why it's important to vote.
I really happy that a wave of voter awareness has started in 2018. It's important that people vote for what and who they believe in. I am really interested in how tomorrow is going to turn out. I'm just glad that more people are using their RIGHT to vote.
This connects the US history pretty well; just look at elections in the past. It used to be that only white males could vote, but now that's changed and (almost) everyone over the age of 18 can vote. That's why it's so important for people to exercise their right to vote because only 200 years ago not everyone had that right.
