Summary:
There have been many fires in California but this is one of the biggest. 76 people died and 1,300 people are still unaccounted for. After this devastation, Trump and many other democrats and republicans came to the site and saw the devastation first hand. The government are wanting to take action.
Analysis:
This monstracity has been all over social media, so I knew about this event. I think it is terrible because there are so many people without home and without relatives:however, it is amazing how the country came together after shocking senate election. Lately, we have seen such a big divide between the nation but the devastation gave our natithe on wake up call and told them that there are bigger issues at hand. Before 9/11, election of 2000, George W. Bush versus Al Gorge, Al Gorge won the popular votes but Bush won the electoral votes which came out days later. After that election the country was at the divide until 2003. The moment the turned on the TV they realized there was a bigger issue in hand. The Forest fire was not as big of a wake up as 9/11 but they both have made the people think in a bigger way what was really the problem we need to fix.
