"This elementary school is pretty awful, and its principal even worse" - Devin Lewis

This elementary school is pretty awful, and its principal even worse

In odd news, Will Lerner from The New York Post has recently found the worst elementary school and principal. PS 106 and its principal, Marcella Sills, in Queens, New York, have caught the attention of many Some of the things the school is infamously known for is an ill equipped nurses' office, an unorganized library, no substitute teachers, classes are being held in dilapidated, “rat-infested” trailers and students have not been given textbooks for the basics of math, reading, or writing books. It was also reported, on top of the list of bizarre actions, Principal Marcella Sills have had children (whom are mostly under the poverty line) to pay for bridal or groom attire in a weird wedding bash like party. An investigation has started on the so called principle and she has not commented thus far.

All i can say is shame on the State of New York for leaving children behind at this terrible school. I do think the principle should be fired and fined to the max and hope to see the teachers and students get a chance to experience a peaceful working and learning environment.

  1. This is absolutely horrible, I hope the principal and the people who allowed this to go on are fired!

  2. Wow, what a weird story... Hopefully they'll take action and fix it so that these kids can receive a better education, or at the very least be in an environment that's not infested with pests that could carry diseases.

  3. I think the fault here lies in the New York School district. This school is likely in a poor part of town, where the students and parents likely have little power to change the way the school functions. The New York school district should fire the principal and closely monitor the school for a while until it is run in an efficient manner.
