Kiyanna Elliott Scott Kelly from space: Earth's atmosphere 'looks very, very fragile'

Summary: The Earth's atmosphere "looks very, very fragile" and "like something that we need to take care of." according to astronaut Scott Kelly. Since he inside the International Space Station, CNN's Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta asked him to describe the earth as if it were a human.

Analysis: I wish we would have taken into account how our environment would be affected by what we do. It could have potential prevented some of the problems we have today such as water shortages and increasing desertification or even climate change. I do however remember Theodore Roosevelt being an advocate for conservation as he created national parks. We have to do like Gupta when he asked Kelly to think of the earth as a human. We have to think about how we can take care of it because if no one does, then it will start to break down beyond what we can repair.
