Summary: Donald Trump was recently asked in an interview about his stance on these White Supremacist groups that are around right now and Trump replied that he would need to do more research before he makes a statement. Trump is now saying that he had a faulty earpiece and couldn't understand the question. "I don't care how bad the earpiece is, Ku Klux Klan comes through pretty clearly," said Marco Rubio when talking about Trump's comment. Donald Trump says that he insulted the reporter and the network before the interview, so in response they gave him a bad earpiece. Also, when asked to present his tax returns, he said that he couldn't because he was about to be audited. There isn't an audit that prevents you from showing your tax returns.
Analysis: Seriously I don't understand how people are still voting for this child. When asked about the KKK, he says that he needs to do more research! Either he made that up because he doesn't want to lose voters, or he just didn't have an education in school because the name KKK was definitely taught to us and we DEFINITELY know that the KKK is not a good thing. Not at all. Racist people are just something that we can't escape, but the KKK is a complete other level. And the tax returns! What kind of shady things is he hiding? To me, this instance seems like it relates to the policy that Aaron Burr took when running for office which was: talk less, smile more. He basically would just try to appeal to people but never take any particular stance on anything when running. Trump definitely takes stances on everything, but I am synthesizing this one event to the policy of Aaron Burr.

This is spot on, man. I did an article about the KKK as well and it's just so amazing how people can disregard it like it never happened.

ReplyDeleteI absolutely cannot believe it either. I am seriously growing scared for our country's future, knowing that Trump is, incredibly, taking a high stance in the elections right now. What started as a joke is now becoming a terrifying reality, and if he becomes president and we are forced to live four years under his executive rule, i only pray to God that the judicial and legislative branches grow tired of him (and in some incident--because, let's be honest here, there will be one--involving Trump, they'll decide to impeach him). That or our people will finally come to our senses; we need a Commander in Chief, not a wealthy celebrity there to smile and spout whatever suits him, whether it's truth or not.
