Last week in a Washington high school a popular freshman named Jaylen Fryberg opened fire and killed his classmate fourteen year old Zoe Galasso and himself. It is believed that Jaleyn lured his friends over to the lunch table he was sitting at through text messages and then began to open fire.One of his friends Gia Soriano died at the hospital with injuries to the head. Many other students are also in critical condition. Many people really don't know the motive behind this shooting and many people are wanting answers. Many students tell authorities about what happened and have given them gruesome details about what happened that day at lunch. Hopefully there can be answers so that their can be a closure and families can try to move forward from this tragic accident.
This is absolutely terrible. It seems as if there is always a school shooting every couple of months. There has got to be something done to stop this violence. It's even more sad that this shooting was caused by a student. How did this student even manage to get this gun into the school if they had security. This just goes back to gun laws and who can carry a gun. I know the parents of Jaylen Fryberg probably didn't know that their son was going to do this. Something needs to be done to stop this violence.
