Hannah Graham was last seen September 13, a student of the University of Virginia, has been missing for over two months now. On October 18th, police officers found a body, left to rotting bones, not far from where the college student was last seen. (However they are still unsure if it is her.) Several surveillance cameras depict her being followed by a man who police believe is 32 year old Jesse Matthew, who was indicted in 2005 for abduction and attempted murder. He is also believed to be involved in the case of Morgan Harrington, who disappeared October of 2009 and was found dead the following January.
It upsets me that the same person could have possibly been involved in the three cases, after being indicted roughly nine years ago. However I do hope that they come to a conclusion as to whom the bones belong, because that would definitely clear up a lot of confusion on the issue.

Is Jesse Matthew under custody? There seems to be a good background/reason to at least have him in for questioning, especially since he has been charged before. Why he wasn't under parole for this past indiction seems to be caused by an error in the judicial system.
