Ray Sanchez gives details on the verdict of Michael Dunn, a case many people have been monitoring particularly in the black community. The issue of gun laws has been a very touchy subject especially in the south (Florida) where despite already having the second amendment they have stand your ground laws that exacerbate racial tensions (Zimmerman going free while Melissa Alexander serves jail time). In the wake of such devastating verdicts its nice to see some justice finally served for this family. We seriously need to examine the laws we have in place as they are outdated and while the constitution grants us the right to bear arms, that right does not overrule another's right to live. The 9th amendment clearly states we cannot use right to take away another or marginalize a group.
