Kalena Rodriguez P5 Texas Family's dog shot by police

local Texas resident Alison owns 4 pit bulls. reporters collect information that her dogs got loose and were "dangerously roaming" the neighborhood. one dog was captured seperatly by officials after other neighbors had called on the problem. two of Alison's other dogs were found together some time after the first dog was captured. one officer tells a story saying that the dogs were friendly at first, but they grew aggressive and started at him while showing teeth. their owner didn't believe the story, saying her dogs were nothing but friendly so she requested to see the footage from the camera the officer was wearing. the footage shows that the dog never once stopped waging its tail, growling, or even showing his teeth. the dog that was killed by the police officer showed no sign of aggression. investigators have been notified to take action in this case

like in multiple situation in US history, the government officials can make mistakes and consequence will not be ignored just because of their label.

  2. That's horribly sad. It's obvious that the dog wasn't dangerous in the least, so why would the police officer kill the dog for no reason at all?

  3. Ok, while I agree, your picture is very misleading, this dog was not a puppy, but a full grown dog. I am not saying that it is justified but you are not giving accurate information...

  4. I don't understand what could have been going on with officer to cause him to shoot a dog that showed zero signs of threat. It just goes to show how unpredictable people with guns are. I hope that the officer receives some kind of punishment for his actions.

  5. I'm pretty sure the dog wasn't threatening his life so it makes no sense as to why he would shoot the dog.

  6. The poor thing was just being its natural self and is randomly shot. I personally don't think animals should be shot or killed unless they killed or are trying to kill a person. Not if they have just gotten loose and growled a little.

  7. i find it so sad that the dog's life was the result of a mistake by the police officers. In many cases it's also people dying, or even spending several years in jail to later be found innocent
