Today marked a milestone for The United States, unfortunately not in the best of ways. Today the national debt for the first time in U.S. history exceeded 20 trillion dollars. Donald Trump has increased the ceiling until some time in the next coming months, and while some are opposed, all of which were republican, the money set aside for hurricane relief will not go wasted, as hurricanes continue to threaten the place Americans call home
Many people have different opinions on how this may play out. Some say they are not worried, that it will be easy to get the debt back down after the matters have been dealt with, however others say it is a dangerous road for this country to be going down, and could lead to great consequences. This also show that Donald Trump is capable of going against his party, as in this vote he appealed mostly to Democrats, showing that there quite possibly is some hope for the white house in these next coming years.

It sucks being in such great debt, but I'm glad there is money being set aside for the hurricane affected areas.
