Another hurricane - Amy Mills

After Harvey, Irma, and José, we have another hurricane to expect. Maria became a Category 4 this afternoon, but as of 6:57 p.m., it's now a Category 5 according to the National Hurricane Center at 160 mph winds. This hurricane aims towards Dominica and Puerto Rico as an intense hurricane. "The eye and the intense inner core is expected to pass near Dominica during the next few hours," mentioned the National Hurricane Center in its 5 p.m. advisory, "Maria is likely to affect Puerto Rico as an extremely dangerous major hurricane, and a hurricane warning has been issued for that island." Many of the people to flee Irma went to Puerto Rico, and now Puerto Rico is bracing for Maria's impact. For the first time in 85 years, Puerto Rico is expected to suffer a direct hit from the hurricane. Puerto Rico's governor has declared a state of emergency ahead of its landfall.

This article was written by Holly Yan and Joe Sterling from CNN this afternoon and is constantly being updated. It's written as a warning to the places that Maria is going to impact, and a notifier for others. The number of major hurricanes we've had in this short period of time is shocking.
