A new hurricane | Mica Stout

On Monday, hurricane Maria became a category 3, rolling over the ruins of what hurricane Irma created. The winds are now up to at least 120 mph, and they are doubled already, and it's only been a day. Puerto Rico took in the victims of hurricane Irma, and now everyone will have to evacuate again to somewhere else. Many people aren't even aware that this catastrophic event will occur soon.

There have been 3 hurricanes already, and there's one more expected to begin. There hasn't been any prevention system, and all these homes are just getting torn to pieces. The costs in repair will be millions and millions, and for the people who are without insurance, they suffer more because they can't afford to pay to fix the damages. If everyone pitched in and sent items of necessitiy, the process of recovery would be an easier battle.

Hurricanes can come out of no where. I don't remember it but it's said that hurricane Katrina was the most hard hitting hurricane. In order to prevent this from happening there needs to be a system. Nothing ever happens out of no where, everything happens for a reason.

  1. YES, IT IS HURRICANE SEASON, HOWEVER I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SO MANY HURRICANES THIS CLOSELY TIMED. I believe it has something to do with global warming- Michal Randolph
