human ashes sprinkled at the MET- Camryn Stafford

summary:
Ashes of an opera-loving mentor were sprinkled into the orchestra pit of the Metropolitan Opera during intermission on Saturday in New York City. This man from out of town indicated that he was there to sprinkle ashes of his late friend and his mentor in opera, during the performance. The rest of the performance was canceled and the opera house was evacuated in an orderly action.

analysis:
The author is Susanna Capelouto from CNN, which means that the article isn't going to be biased or favoring one side in anyway. The articles isn't bashing the man in any way but is instead providing information by giving quotes from the manager Peter Gelb and other witnesses. The main point is to express the motives of other people and what they do to get a point across or to please others, even if it does go to extreme measures. This action of going to extremes to please others can be compared to the use of black face in plays and productions.
