Analysis/Synthesis:
The article was written by Sy Mukherjee and posted on fortune.com. The article was produced on October 24, 2016. I knew that these nurses caught ebola but I recently just figured out from this article that she had finally won her case. This article is very important because this incident happened right here, in Dallas. This is a positive influence because after all this time, she finally settled on a lawsuit. This relates to many things in the past that has involved lawsuits with un-proper training.

  2. This is sad that hospitals aren't really concerned anymore they're just getting by and I would sue them as well. Its their job to keep us healthy and safe

  3. I'm glad she won. I can understand why the hospital wouldn't be able to train them completely, since Ebola was never in the U.S. before and it was quite short notice. But considering the contagiousness of it, they should have known better.

  4. The Hospital should have been more cautious and follow procedures to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen.
