On Thursday March 3, Turkish police shot and killed two female militants. The fatalities occurred during a standoff which followed a series of bombings on a riot police station in the neighborhood of Bayrampasa. The militant group responsible for this attack is the Revolutionary People’s Liberation Army Front. They have been linked to several other high-profile attacks in the past few years. Terrorist attacks have been a prevalent issue for many years, and politicians are continuously trying to stop them.
