Summary:
On Saturday North Korea released a video called "Last Chance" that shows a nuclear strike on Washington. The video depicts a missile destroying the world-renound city and ending in a scene of the American flag burning over a cemetery. The 4 minute video came with a sinister message to American imperialists. Basically North Korea is saying if American imperialists provoke us, we will not be scared to ensue a nuclear strike.
Analysis:
With the most recent news from North Korea claiming to have nuclear capability to launch strikes on American cities, I believe that this is just another chance for North Korea to make themselves relevant in a time that America seems to be soley focused on the conflicts going on with ISIS and other militant groups, a.k.a. real and dire threats to Americans. Now I'm not saying that North Korea is/is not serious about these alligations and claims, but it seems pretty far fetched, but of course, wether the threats are liable or not, American officials should never let their guard down and should continue to stay weary of any other threats that may occur, to ensure the best quality safety for its citizens.
