NY Times: Brussels attacks
The article I read was from the New York Times and it follows the recent attack on Brussels, Belgium. The article tells what we do and do not about the attacks.  There were two explosions, at least one by a suicide bomber, that went off in the Brussels airport early Tuesday morning. About an hour later,  a bomb went off in at a Brussels subway station. As mentioned in the articles, many people are frightened the attacks were purposeful and by terrorists. Belgian authorities have already found three male suspects who were seen in the airport that day.
I believe the Brussels bombings, which are now being claimed by ISIS, were most likely the intent of terrorists. However, whether or not they were or were not, it is the responsibility of the United States to set all opinions aside and aid the country of Belgium in their time of need. The United State has also faced many terrorists attacks, the most major being 9/11. Following the 9/11 attacks, European countries showed their love and support for the United States any way they could. I believe it is only fair for us to do the same.

  1. I agree with you, I think that the US should repay the respect and help aid Brussels any way we can.

  2. No matter if it is the works of ISIS or not, we should pay our respects and help out everybody in need in Brussels. It is terrible that this happened and very scary.
