Patience Henderson 1st Perid; Delta plane loses wing panel during flight

Sunday, a Delta Air Lines plane lost a panel on one of its wings to a flight from Orlando to Atlanta. Flight 2412 with 179 passengers landed safely without ay incident. "Crew members aboard Flight 2412 reported an access panel had come off the plane's wing while in flight," said Delta spokesman Anthony Black. They said that this was highly unusual that the wing didn't affect the plane's ability to fly. The plane was a Boeing 757, but they had no clue how old it was.

Analysis:

Wow, I don't understand how a planes wing can come off. This honestly scares me because this could happen to any plane with even more people, but that time hey might not be so lucky. They need to update and check on the planes a lot more if this is what's going to start happening. People's lives in danger, and if I were them I'd get this under control and fast.

  1. This is a very lucky situation, however this leads me to wonder if there should be futher inspection into aircraft of other planes in this particular airline
