Zimmerman Arrested In Florida- Heather L. Harris 1st

Monday, George Zimmerman was charged with felony aggravated assault after allegedly pointing a shotgun at his girlfriend, Samantha Scheibe, says Seminole Chief Deputy, Dennis Lemma. Apparently, there were two 911 calls made from the residency pertaining to the incident. On the first 911 call, a woman reports that a man is in her home breaking her belongings, pointing a shotgun at her, has pushed her out the house, and locked the door. While on the other 911 call made after the police arrived, a man reports that the woman is the doing causing all the damage to the property and that there is no shotgun. When asked why he was calling, the man replied " I just want everyone to know the truth."
Earlier this year, Zimmerman was acquitted of murdering teenager Trayvon Martin and today was arrested after and charged with two misdemeanors that include domestic violence battery and criminal mischief. He is being held in jail without bail and will be seen by a judge Tuesday at 1:30pm ET. This is one a many incidents that Zimmerman has been involved with since he was found not guilty in the murder of Trayvon Martin. You would think after that he would try to keep a low profile but I guess that isn't the case. Maybe someone is trying to set up or just maybe this just more evidence of Zimmerman's violent side that the world wasn't aware of during the trial. People a still determined to get this man off of the streets one way or another...

  1. Wow. This is really something. I wonder how this information would have affected Trayvon's case if it was still going on. It makes me rethink the verdict.

  2. I completely agree. After being found not guilty for a crime that has rocked the whole Country, you would think Zimmerman would be trying to keep a very low profile and trying to prove that he is a good person.
