Rebecca Sedwick bullying case: Charges dropped, lawyers say- Jessica Dicker 2nd

Two Florida teenagers who viciously stalked a girl leading to her suicide of jumping off a bridge, had their charges dropped on November 20 due to "zero evidence of stalking in this case". The two bullies, Katelyn Roman and Guadalupe Shaw have both been deeply affected by her death and were bullies themselves because of it. Both are currently in extensive therapy and are trying to move past the situation. Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd says he is very pleased with the outcome of this case. "We see the children are going to get the services that they need," Judd said, referring to counseling services. "That's the best outcome for juveniles." Bullying is such a touchy subject in today's society. However I am a firm believer that if someone is bullied at any case, whether they take their life or not, that bully should be punished. If that means being charged, so be it. I am glad these girls are getting therapy and hopefully realizing what they did was wrong.
