3 Dead After Maryland Murder-Suicide -Heather Harris 1st

Early Sunday morning, after a reporter shooting at 1:35am, 3 people were found dead inside a home in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Among the 3 found dead, Baltimore firefighter Andrew Scott Hoffman, 27, and Marie Leanne Edith Hartman, were found killed. Along with 37-year old Christopher Lee Robinson, a Baltimore police officer was one of the people found dead at the scene and is suspected to be the shooter. Investigation by police indicates that Robinson had a relationship with the female victim. Even though the shooters motives aren't clear yet, the shooting is described as a domestic incident. Maryland police spokesman described this as a tragic incident and it truly is. There is so much tragedy and heartache going on in the world in this day in age. From the government shut down to ridiculous incidents and killings like this, I have no idea how we as a nation continue to not pull together as one. Instead we are going against each other and it will end up destroying this beautiful and free world that was created to be a new beginning for some.

  4. Felicia Padilla 5th period- I think that the most important part of this story is that the shooter was the police officer. Unfortunately in America we have people in positions if authority who abuse their powers.

  5. Its rather ironic really, that the suspected shooter is a policeman. Hopefully the police unravel more on this case and are able to shed light on what exactly went on.

  6. I find it shocking that the suspected shooter was a POLICEMAN. We are supposed to trust them with our lives and be protected. It's really tragic.
